Ever wonder where the water in the springs and your well comes from? On this tour, and with a little bit of luck, you will actually get to see the where that water comes from and how it gets into our underground water system. Shady Grove Preserve is part of the Rainbow Springs Basin –what that is and how it works (and lots more) will be explained by Susan Woods, #1, Floridan Aquifer Defense, Pete Colverson, #2, Natural Resource Management, and Sandra Marraffino, #3, Audobon. |
