Luffa fibers are wonderfully resilient. They hold up to
hundreds of uses and when you discard them, they
degrade back into nature gracefully.
Uses
•
Invigorating body scrubber for bath and shower
•
Non-scratching scrubber for dishes, car, boat, etc
•
Natural potting media for seedlings. When the
seedling is ready, just plant the luffa in the ground
with its seedling intact.
•
Luffa slices can be used as coasters, craft
stamps, or added to home made soap as a built in
non scratching scrubber.
•
Luffa mats are used as cushions
•
Use your imagination...
Luffa is a most amazing and useful
plant! A relative of the cucumber, this
robust vine is a feast for the pollinators,
a beautiful flowering fence cover, and a
cornucopia of organic spongy scrubbing
power. -- In some places its also food.
