STEPHEN K. POWELL Mr. Powell holds a Bachelor of Science
with majors in Marine Science and Biology and a minor in Chemistry from
Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, Florida. A National Honors
Scholarship recipient, Mr. Powell has completed graduate studies in
Special Topics in Coral Reef Ecology, Field Plant Identification
(in upland, scrub and sandhill habitats and coastal and dune habitats)
with Dr. David Hall and Wetland Delineation course work with the United
States Army Corps of Engineers.
Mr. Powell specializes in environmental regulation
and compliance, specifically Powell conducts natural community
classifications and assessments, native and exotic plant identification,
wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys, and
freshwater and estuarine wetland mitigation design in accordance with
FAC Chapter 62-345, Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM ).
MARNIE L HUTCHESON
Marnie Hutcheson holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from
the University of Colorado, Denver Colorado. Ms Hutcheson is an
internationally published writer in areas of Internet Technology
and, Natural Habitat and Wild Life Preservation. Ms Hutcheson is a
regular contributor to several conservation publications including
EuroParks annual photo exhibits.
